If you are shipping to a different address, we will need:
- To whom we are sending the order
- Shipping address (please indicate the name of the company if
shipping to a business)
- Phone Number (in case UPS has a delivery question)
- Gift Message that you would like included (optional)

Discount on Merchandise shipping to one address:
- For 6-11 pieces, 5% discount
- For 12-23 pieces, 10% discount
- For 24-47 pieces, 15% discount
- For 48-71 pieces, 20% discount

Shipping charge on Merchandise shipping to one address:
- For 1-2 pieces, $5.00
- For 3-5 pieces, $7.00
- For 6-11 pieces, $10.00
- For 12-23 pieces, $12.50
- For 24-47 pieces, $15.00
- For 48-71 pieces, $17.50

Payment Options
- Money Order - signed and made payable to Ink Pixi
- Check -signed and made payable to Ink Pixi
- Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Include 16-digit card number, month and year of the expiration
date and the name of the cardholder exactly as it appears on the
card.
- Sorry, no COD's
- There will be a $30.00 Service Fee charged for all money orders
and checks returned to us by the bank for any reason
- Checks that you write for payment to our company may be converted
into an electronic debit.
