Adult sizes are unisex sizes; Kid's sizes are shirt sizes, not age-related sizes. Not all items are available in all sizes or styles. Available sizes are listed on the individual item pages.

For example, a 14 year old may wear adult sizes, not a kid's 14-16.

We do offer Toddler sizes in the Short Sleeve T-shirts ONLY. The sizes available are 2T, 3T, and 4T. Please access our T-shirt Sizing Guide for more information.
The T-shirts are straight-cut for a closer fit while the Sweatshirts are wider and fuller to fit over another shirt.
All our T-shirts are 100% heavyweight, preshrunk cotton with the exception of our Sports Grey T-shirts and Onesies which are heavyweight, preshrunk 90% cotton / 10% polyester blend. The sweatshirts and sweatpants are a heavyweight 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend.
No. Our hats are adjustable. They are 100% cotton twill with a cloth strap and brass buckle that can be adjusted for fit. Click here for a sizing guide and additional information.

Charges are as follows:

We use the US Postal Services' Priority Mail or UPS Ground to deliver
our packages.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is shipped by Priority Mail.
Orders generally require 7 to 10 business days for production. Shipping time is additional. Whether by UPS or USPS, shipping time will be 2 to 6 business days depending on distance from our facility.
Our system allows for one shipping address per order. Shipping to more than one address requires a separate order for each address.
Orders generally require 7 to 10 business days for production. The orders are printed according to a carefully structured print schedule. We cannot expedite this process.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we process your order, and a second e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent when the order leaves our facility. A signature will be required at the time of delivery for all orders totaling $500.00 or more.
You may check the status of your order online. To access this site, go to www.inkpixi.com/status.php. You will need to provide both your 12-digit order confirmation number (including hyphens) and your billing zip code. Once the order has been received into our system, the production process will begin. After the production process has been completed, which can require approximately 7 to 10 business days, the status will change to "Shipped" and the tracking information will be provided.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges may be made within 90 days of receiving your order as long as the items are in re-sellable condition (i.e. clean, not worn or laundered, the original tags still attached, etc.). Remember to include payment for price differences and upsizing (e.g. from kids to adult sizes, from short-sleeve to long-sleeve styles). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Defective items, Mis-shipments or Shortages need to be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Calling 1-800-440-1210, and these items will be replaced at our expense.
An Exchange and Return Form (which you can print here) is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip.

- My name is unusual. Can I still personalize an Ink Pixi garment?
- Can I place an order for two or more names at once?
Yes. Ink Pixi offers apparel printed to order with any name you request as long as it meets our ordering criteria.
Yes, as long as the order is shipping to only one address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each shipping address.

Yes, we accept debit cards as form of payment, if your bank allows you to debit items without entering a PIN. Please note that we authorize credit cards and debit cards at point of sale but we may not charge your card for an order until a later date. This can be mistaken for double billing. Each financial institution is different, therefore please refer to the issuing bank of your credit card for their specific authorization processes.
Charges on your credit card account will appear as a sale from Alumni Originals-InkPixi.

University/Alumni Apparel
- Your university shirts are the same as ones I bought at AlumniOriginals.Com. Are the garments offered at InkPixi a knockoff? Why should I buy the university shirt here rather than at Alumni Originals?
No, there is no knockoff; InkPixi's university shirt and hats are the
real McCoy. Let us explain:
Inkpixi.com and AlumniOriginals.com are owned by the same company—Earth Sun Moon Trading Company, Inc., in Grove City, PA. AlumniOriginals.com is our original Web store, which started selling the university shirt in 2002. It is a special-purpose Web store that sells only university-themed shirts, sweats, hats and jackets.
We had some clever ideas for other kinds of personalized apparel that didn't fit the university theme of Alumni Originals, so in 2008 we opened Inkpixi.com—a Web store whose purpose is to offer a broad selection of customized apparel.
But once we got rolling with InkPixi, our customer started asking if they could add university apparel to their InkPixi orders. They wanted to consolidate shipping and qualify for quantity discounts by combining university and non-university apparel in a single order. Their requests made sense, so we made the university apparel available at InkPixi.com.
We endeavor to keep pricing, quantity discounts and shipping terms consistent between the two Web stores—though product prices can at times vary between sites depending on what family names are being specially promoted. So if you buy our university apparel, whether you buy it at AlumniOriginals.com or Inkpixi.com, you will get the same fine products made by the same people, shipped from the same place.

If you need to make any changes or additions to an order after you have placed it, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-854-4982 within 1 business day of placing your order. They will need your order confirmation number or your name and address to access your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on an existing order. After 1 business day, you will need to place a new order for additional apparel.
Depending upon the category that you are ordering from, there may be color choices available. These will be listed as offered choices, otherwise only the color shown would be available.
We purchase our apparel from distributors in the USA. The blank merchandise is manufactured outside the USA. The shirts are custom printed and the hats are embroidered at our facility in Grove City, Pennsylvania.
Our Sports Grey, Black and Navy Blue sweatpants are sold as an accessory to our T-shirts and Sweatshirts. Printing is not available for this item. Only the adult size sweatpants include an inner drawstring in the waistband, the kid’s sizes do not for safety concerns.
