  • What sizes are available?
  • Sizes are listed below in our sizing guides. Not all items are available in all sizes or styles. Available sizes are listed on the individual item pages.

    Kid's sizes are shirt sizes, not age-related sizes. For example, a 14 year old may wear adult sizes, not a kid's 14-16.
    Also: Our youth sweatshirts and hoodies run smaller than our youth T-shirts.

  • How do I choose the correct size?
  • Most adult sizes are unisex, though women's cut tees are available for a limited number of designs. Kid's sizes are shirt sizes, not age-related sizes.
    For example, a 14 year old may wear adult sizes, not a kid's 14-16.

  • Do you have Toddler sizes?
  • We offer Toddler sizes and Infant Baby Bodysuits, but they are available ONLY in Short Sleeve T-shirts, and for a limited range of colors. (Designs printed on "sand" color shirts, for example, are not available in toddler or infant sizes, because our suppliers do not offer them in this color.)   • Why are the sweatshirt sizes bigger than the T-shirt sizes?
  • The T-shirts are straight-cut for a closer fit while the Sweatshirts are wider and fuller to fit over another shirt.

  • Will these garments shrink?
  • All of our T-shirts are 100% heavyweight, preshrunk cotton with the exception of our Sports Grey T-shirts and Baby Bodysuits which are heavyweight, preshrunk 90% cotton / 10% polyester blend. Our Sweatpants are a 50% cotton/50% polyester blend. Most of our sweatshirts are a heavyweight 50% cotton/50% polyester blend with the exception of certain colors of black, navy blue and red which are heavyweight 80% cotton/20% polyester blend. These will be identified by the code S21 for Adult Crewneck Sweatshirts and S22 for Adult Hooded Sweatshirts when placing an order. Due to the tighter knit and density of the material used to create our Camo apparel, it will have a lighter feel than our other colors; it is still a heavyweight material.

  • Are your Hats fitted?
  • No. Our hats are adjustable, with a cloth strap and brass buckle. One size fits most. Click here for a sizing guide and additional information.

  • What are your shipping charges?

  • Charges are as follows - Per Address:

  • How are orders shipped?
  • We use the US Postal Services' Priority Mail or UPS Ground to deliver our packages.
    Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska or Hawaii is shipped by Priority Mail.

  • How soon will I receive my order?
  • Most orders ship within one week. Shipping time is additional and will take 2 to 6 business days depending on distance from our facility.

  • Can I ship to two different addresses?
  • Our system allows for one shipping address per order. Shipping to more than one address requires a separate order and shipping fee for each address.

  • Can I send a gift directly, with a gift receipt?
  • Yes. Prices are removed from the packing slip when the orders are shipping to another address. Along with the order, we will include a packing slip listing the items ordered and the gift message. We will email to you a sales receipt listing the items ordered, their prices and a copy of the gift message.

  • Can this order be rushed?
  • Unfortunately, no. Orders are printed according to a carefully structured print schedule. We cannot expedite this process.

  • Will I receive confirmation of my order?
  • Yes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we process your order, and a second e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent when the order leaves our facility.

  • Can I check the status of my order?
  • You may check the status of your order online. To access this information, go to You will need to provide both your 12-digit order confirmation number (including hyphens) and your billing zip code. Once the order has been received into our system, the production process will begin. After the production process has been completed (see How soon will I receive my order?) the status will change to "Shipped" and the tracking information will be provided.

Exchange/Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges may be made within 90 days of receiving your order as long as the items are in re-sellable condition (i.e. clean, not worn or laundered, the original tags still attached, etc.). Remember to include payment for price differences and upsizing (e.g. from kids to adult sizes, from short-sleeve to long-sleeve styles).
  • We do not charge return shipping on exchanged items; however, your original shipping charges and your return costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

    Defective items, Mis-shipments or Shortages need to be reported within 14 days of receiving your order by calling 1-800-440-1210. These items will be replaced at our expense.
  • An Exchange and Return Form (which you can print here) is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip.

  • My name is unusual. Can I still personalize an Ink Pixi garment?
  • Yes. Ink Pixi offers apparel printed to order with any name you request as long as it meets our ordering criteria.

  • Can I place an order for two or more names at once?
  • Yes, as long as the order is shipping to only one address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each shipping address.

  • Can I use a debit card?
  • Yes, we accept debit cards as form of payment, if your bank allows you to debit items without entering a PIN. Please note that we authorize credit cards and debit cards at point of sale but we may not charge your card for an order until a later date. This can be mistaken for double billing. Each financial institution is different, therefore please refer to the issuing bank of your credit card for their specific authorization processes.

  • How will the charge to my credit card account appear on my statement?
  • Charges on your credit card account will appear as a sale from InkPixi.

University/Alumni Apparel

  • Your university shirts are the same as ones I bought at AlumniOriginals.Com. Are the garments offered at InkPixi a knockoff?
  • No, there is no knockoff; InkPixi's university shirt and hats are the real McCoy. Let us explain: was our original Web store, which started selling the university shirt in 2002. It was a special-purpose Web store that sold only university-themed shirts, sweats, hats and jackets.

    We had some clever ideas for other kinds of personalized apparel that didn't fit the university theme of Alumni Originals, so in 2008 we opened—a Web store whose purpose is to offer a broad selection of customized apparel.

  • May I make Revisions to an Existing Order?
  • If you wish to cancel or make any revisions to an order after you have placed it, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-440-1210 by 9. p.m. ET on the day you place your order. (Orders placed on Sunday will have until 9 p.m. ET Monday to cancel or revise.)
    We will need your order confirmation number or your name and address to access your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place it, and it may not be possible to change items on an existing order.

  • I want to design my own shirt. Can I do that?
  • Not at There are many companies online who take the build-your-own-shirt approach and, if you have art or design experience, you might want to check them out. But what we offer is the best work of a talented and prolific art team, so all you have to add is your name. No fussing with color and composition. No sweating over an endless list of fonts and typefaces. No sketching and internet searching for authentic details. - And no uncertainty about whether what you see on your screen will match what prints on the shirt. We've done the work for you, so type, click, and enjoy!

    If you need a design or theme that our artists haven't made yet, but you'd still like to benefit from their skill and customer service, try contacting our Custom Printworks division: One of our artists will personally walk you through the design process from beginning to end, and your shirts will be printed right alongside our established designs. There is a required minimum order of 24 pieces for all Custom Printworks projects.

  • Do I have a choice of colors?
  • No. Fabric inks react very differently to different colored cloth, and fine-tuning a design to look right is an extensive process. We treat shirt color as an integral part of the artwork, and it is chosen as carefully as any ink color.

  • Are these products made in the USA?
  • We purchase our apparel from distributors in the USA. The blank merchandise is manufactured outside the USA. The shirts are custom printed and the hats are embroidered at our facility in Grove City, Pennsylvania, USA.

  • Additional information for sweatpants
  • Our Sports Grey, Black and Navy Blue sweatpants are sold as an accessory to our T-shirts and Sweatshirts. Printing is not available for this item.

  • Safety information
  • Only the adult size sweatpants include an inner drawstring in the waistband, the kidís sizes do not for safety concerns. Adult sizes feature an adjustable hood with drawstring - kids sizes do not have a drawstring.
