Instructions for Money Order/Check Order


Click below to print an order form or on a sheet of paper you will need to include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number (in case there is a question on your order)
  • Email address (optional)
  • Requested name exactly as you would like it to appear
    (please also include city/state/location, date or number if applicable for your design)
  • The design #

Specify each Item:

  • T-Shirt (short sleeve or long sleeve)
  • Sweatshirt (regular crewneck or hooded)
  • Kids, Adult or Ladies
  • Size
  • Color
  • Barware item (pint glass, mug, set of 4 pint glasses, etc.)
  • Quantity

If billing address and shipping address are different, we will need:

  • To whom we are sending the order
  • Shipping address (please indicate the name of the company if shipping to a business)
  • Phone Number (in case UPS has a delivery question)
  • Gift Message that you would like included (optional)

Discount on Merchandise:

  • For orders of $100.00 + free standard shipping per address

Shipping charge per address:

  • Shipping to U.S. and it's territories only.
  • Shipping: Up to $24.99: $6.95 per address | $25.00 to $49.99: $8.95 per address | $50.00 to $99.99: $10.95 | $100+: Free Standard Shipping. | Orders are usually received in 6-10 business days.
  • Rush Service: Add $8.00 to Standard Shipping cost per address. Orders will be received in 3-5 business days.
  • Express Service: Orders will be received in 2-3 business days. (Not available to AK, HI, PO Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses).
    • Up to $49.99: $19.95 per address
    • $50.00 - $99.99: $21.95 per address
    • $100.00 - $149.99: $23.95 per address
    • $150.00 - $199.99: $26.95 per address
    • $200.00 - $249.99: $29.95 per address
    • $250.00 - $299.99: $34.95 per address
    • $300.00 - $399.99: $39.95 per address
    • $400.00 - $499.99: $44.95 per address
    • $500.00 - $599.99: $54.95 per address
    • $600.00 - $699.99: $59.95 per address
    • $700.00 - $799.99: $64.95 per address
    • $800.00 and above: $69.95 per address

Payment Options

  • Check - signed and made payable to InkPixi
  • Money Order - signed and made payable to InkPixi
  • Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Include 16-digit card number (15-digit for American Express), month and year of the expiration date and the name of the cardholder exactly as it appears on the card.
  • InkPixi eGift Card
  • Sorry, no COD's
  • There will be a $30.00 Service Fee charged for all money orders and checks returned to us by the bank for any reason
  • Checks that you write for payment to our company may be converted into an electronic debit
  • Payment in U.S. funds only.
  • We collect sales tax on orders shipping to any state where required by law. See website or call for details. The tax applies to the items and shipping
