      It took -9- days before they even started to process my order. I called help number and all they could tell was the same thing I saw on line. Two days later stiil nothing had been done, I sent an E-mail with my discust.I received an video e-mail on how my shirts were made. Finally received response back stating they were sorry and would drop shipping charges. Ordered on the -24- of Febuary and received product -12-th of March.       Whenever I get these "your name here" offers, they are a disappointment - until now. Very high quality items by InkPixi. When wearing the family name on the "Irish Pub" hoodie, and ballcap, I am often stopped and asked, "Oh, do you own that place?". It is a First Class item that I would recommend to anybody.       Great shirts! We got these for my family and my boys wear them all the time! I wear mine on St. Pat''s and love sporting my family name. Those who reviewed about off sizing, I disagree - especially the one who comment on a person wearing a size XXL - "bummer" - they go up to a 5XL!! I would definitely recommend.       Order this shirt for St Patrick''s day, and loved how it turned out! I ordered according to how it shows to measure, and I could have gotten a size smaller. So I''d say it''s true to size, comfortable fit. Next time I would order size on what I normally wear unless I wanted it to be roomy (like the sweathshirt) Would definitely order again from here!       I have been ordering personalized tees and sweats from inkpixi for about two years. Their abilities at personalizing shirts is almost unbelievable. The shirts have been washed and worn at least 50 times and they have not lost one bit of quality.       I have bought this style shirt as well as eight other styles. Some have been gifts and some were for me. I Love them. I get compliments and asked where I got them. I have been very happy with the items. My only complaint is I wish they had more even more choices and several color options on all the styles.
