      Ordering was easy and delivery was as stated. I was amazed at the customer service when, within 12 hours of ordering, they called to verify a small flaw in my typing of the engraving to be done. They wanted to be sure of how I wanted it to look.       We love the glasses we ordered but the polo shirts were a disappointment. The images on the shirts were to small and difficult to read. The quality of the polo shirts was fine, unfortunately the images were not big enough. I think they should have been two to three times larger.
