    I ordered 2 tees and 1 hat. Tees came out great, the hat also looks great BUT it was shipped in a UPS flat envelope. The hat was flat, creased, smashed etc..... I know shipping a hat is a challenge but try to figure out a way to stabilize the top/crown of the hat. FYI: I got it wet and placed in on/over a 2 quart cooking pan. Unsnapped it pulled it onto the pan, took the back snap around the handle to hold it on and let it sit for the night to reform it. It worked great.     The sizing was completely off. I ordered an adult large using the sizing chart but what I received was 4 inches shorter, chest smaller, and sleeves too small for an adult male. The shirt itself was exactly like the picture and worth the extra cost for premium - very soft. The tags in the shirt said it was a large. Unfortunately I had to return it.     I received one of these about 8 years ago, still have it, still wear it. Is holding up very well. I recently bought 4 more for an upcoming trip. Easy to design, fast service and arrived on time.     I ordered 5 of these as gifts for Father's Day (we LOVE vintage-look t-shirts!) These arrived within days of my order and they are amazing! Soft feel and excellent fit. I ordered the beige/grey color which lends itself nicely to the vintage design. I was SO PLEASED with my purchase that I already showed them to my husband.     Very disappointed in the delivery system of a hat and the embroidery of it . Hat was in a envelope crushed when it arrived, should have been in a box in my opinion. Also the embroidery of the design and my name were way to small. Can barley read it unless you have it close to your eyes. Will not purchase a hat again, maybe a shirt. We will think about it.
