      Ordering was easy, custom element (family name) shows up in the preview just the same as it actually arrived.       Sweatshirt was of good quality. Service was excellent and I received delivery within two weeks as promised. The sweatshirt was true to size, the XL was extra large. I will definitely be ordering again. Shirts will make great specialty gifts for family and friends. However, I was disappointed that the company did not use shirts manufactured in the USA.       Shirts came in a timely fashion (day before St. Patrick''s day, which is great considering I ordered them the week of); they were as I expected (although I didn''t expect the green to be so bright, would have preferred a darker shade).       Unfortunately the T-shirts I ordered for St.Patrick''s Day came on a Saturday (it was the day before St.Patrick''s Day) but I ordered them well in advance hoping to wear it to work on Friday.       I bought these shirts for St. Patrick''s Day as a gift to my sons who live out of town. I recieved my order 5 days before the holiday and had to hope that they would get them on time. Another issue I had was the constant emails. I need 2 emails; order received w/ estimated ship date, and order shipped w/ tracking info. the others were annoying. When changing only the name on the shirt, it should not take as long as it did. But they looked good! I haven''t heard about the quality.       We had cold weather this St. Patrick''s day so I wore last year''s sweater since I was outdoors. My order was late but the shirt arrived before St. Patrick''s day giving me the good weather/indoor option. It appeared more pea green on line and I would prefer that color since it works year round.       I bought a sweatshirt for me and a Tshirt for my father. He brought us up to be proud of our Irish Heritage so I love to find things that show that. Only think I would suggest to the company is to carry figure flattering items for women. Fitted shirts and maybe a light zip hoodie with the logos on the back.       Was using Tee Shirts and Hat for gift and repeated sent notices to ship on time, request was ignored and received ec=verything the day after my party, if anyone took the time to ship 1 day earlier I would have had them, seriously lack of anyone going over and above to satisfy a customer.       My husband and I bought a variety of shirts and hats, both for our kids and for our own trip to Savannah for St. Patricks Day. ALL of us were asked repeatedly "where did you get that?", which I take as a pretty good compliment.
