      The material quality is wonderful. The embroidered hat is first rate. The sweatshirt is both relatively lightweight and extremely warm . . . BUT, my biggest disappointment is with the quality of the printing on the sweatshirt. New, still in the plastic, their sweatshirt looks faded as if it was 20 years old. I have a Cornell sweatshirt that is now 14 years old and the printing still looks new. The Ink Pixi sweatshirt printing is weak and faded from the get-go.       We had a family reunion at an old school hosue and got the university t-shirts. Everyone was shocked at the high quality and how cute they were.       I ordered this tee shirt for my grandson''s birthday and it was a big hit! Everyone loved the quality of the shirt and could not believe I got this for the price I paid. The softness of the fabric was that of a more expensive fabric you would find in a designers shop. The quality of the design was truly remarkable. I ordered one for myself and I love wearing it as each time I wash it, it seems to get softer and feels really soft and nice against my skin. I would recommend this product to everyone and in fact, I have. The service I received from customer service was that they could not please me more. I was very surprised and pleased when I talked to them. They only wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I totally was. They delivered my order with such speed and the packaging was very good. I am so happy I ordered from this company and I will order from them again.       My sister sent this to me, along with one for my husband, my son and his fiance. We all have different names on them, mine being my maiden name, my son''s his last name, so on and so forth. Mine came very large--ordered by my sister much much too large---and I called the company and they are exchanging it for a new one in my correct size. I love the shirt. I was so excited to see it when it was opened and can''t wait to get the correct size so I can wear it around my little town. As a matter of fact, each and every one of us LOVE them.       I am extremely pleased with my order. I had received a postcard advertisement in the mail and was a little hesitant as to whether or not the quality was any good or if the company was reputable. I went to their website and placed my order. I sent these out as Christmas gifts to our out of town relatives. The quality was better than I expected. I ordered the hats, t-shirts both long and short sleeve as well as the sweatshirts and Hoodie. All were excellent quality material and workmanship. I have washed them as well and they did not shrink or fade. VERY PLEASED! ALSO the child''s small Hoodie does run a little small. I called to order one in a larger size and was pleasantly surprised that they would exchange it for a larger size. (I did not read that on their website). I assumed since they are customized you would not be able to return or exchange. The customer service agent was both pleasant and extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend this company to friends, family and business acquaintances. In fact I am going to post this review to my FB account!! I do not usually do reviews but am so happy with this product I felt the need to share. I too appreciate reading the reviews as it helped me make my decision to buy from this company.       I ordered this shirt for my family (5 people) and had them open it at the same time for the holiday and they were thrilled and thought it was so cool to have our name printed as a University.
