      While the sign was well made I did have a problem with the cardboard shipping box. There was a large gash in the side of the cardboard shipping box that resulted in a bend in the top of the sign itself. I was able to removed most of the dent by using a hammer and pliers so that the damage is almost invisible. I was able to 'fix everything - except stupid' handling by the post office.
