      Definitely impressed with Inkpixi !! From the exceptional customer service, to the product itself. I decided after I completed my purchase that I wanted one more item - I sent an email for assistance but did not want to wait in case it took days to hear back from them, so i called. A very nice lady answered promptly & went above & beyond with helping me. And then - when i got off the call I also had a reply to the email.       Not satisfied with the two hats I ordered. The hats I received are not the same quality as the ones pictured. They are cheap flimsy wrinkled up material.       The etching is decent but the whiskey glasses are the poorest quality I've ever seen. Seriously, I've seen nicer glasses at swap meets. These have unbelievably uneven bases and the glass itself has suspended to ?-bubbles and is really wavy. Like I said, the etching would be fine except for the poor glass quality. But that's kinda like saying the pearls would be fine if not for the pig that's wearing them - it's still just a pig. Very+in))l! Mydisappointed, because I've bought from Inkpixi before and everything turned out great. B this time they very-truly blew it. No way I could give these as gifts.       Ordered the monogrammed whisky decanter for by new Son In law for Christmas. Im sure he will love it, it arrived quickly and looks great, he has uplighting on his bar and this will look great sitting on it. The top of the bottle is very nicely cut and crafted.
