      This is a beautiful decanter, purchased as a gift, I am sure my son will love it. More importantly however, is the customer service, which I found to be absolutely top shelf. Originally purchased earlier and received on Dec. 22, it was damaged. I called the customer service line and was promptly and courteously dealt with. Received replacement in only 2 days, that's right Dec.24. just in time to wrap!!! Could not be more pleased. Will definitely order again. Thank you so much for being part of our Christmas.       the glasses were perfect! I am sure that my BFF & her spouse will love them, however, I gave 4 rating because 2 of the glasses were broken, glass completely covered bottom of box!       I wrote a negative review on the glasses the other day. Maybe I should of looked closer to the ad. Mae reached out to me and explained why the print didn't show up that well. Obviously a clear liquid will not show the print up very well. Other than that the glasses themselves are great. My sincere thanks to the folks at Inkpixi for getting back to me.
