      I wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased I was with our shirts I had ordered from your company. I had ordered shirts for my entire family as a Christmas theme gift.       We purchased pint glasses and It's a Neumann thing in 3 sizes. Everything was amazing in quality and accuracy and speed to send products. Unfortunately, I wasn't as good as Inkpixi, I ordered the wrong size on 1 shirt. I called Inkpixi and in just a few minutes I was told how to return and get a new one in the right size, for just the price of shipping back to them.       Shirts are awesome! We bought the black t-shirts. They wash up nice and soft with little to no shrinkage or color fading. Wine and pint glasses were etched beautifully; a little rough but smoothed over after washing. Items were well packaged and properly label as "Fragile Glass" for proper handling.       Great merchandise...Love everything except one item...The caps are too soft and do not sit firm like a real ball cap...But that is the only item I'm not a 100% satisfied with...All else is great.
