• Production:
  We will train you how to operate one or more of the machines in our shop. We do digital printing, embroidery, and laser engraving on a wide range of apparel and giftware.


• Order Fulfillment:
  This job entails folding apparel, applying hang tags, poly bagging, packing, and shipping orders to our customers.


• Customer Service:
  Our call center assists customers by taking orders over the phone, answering questions, and solving problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a leader of the accounting team
• Maintain, manage, and analyze financial statements, payroll and budgets
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Produce monthly sales reports
• Compile commission and royalty statements
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Create quarterly and yearly Federal, state, and local reports and payments
• Ensure the company is compliant with changing state sales tax laws

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum – Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years related Accounting/Finance/payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Intuit QuickBooks experience would be a strong plus
• Needs to be deadline-oriented and have great attention to detail
• Collegial attitude and good written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills - statistical and financial
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute online advertising strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales through various online channels, such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and competitors' online advertising strategies.
• Work as part of the marketing and creative team to define advertising objectives, choose messaging, and create assets to scale existing programs.
• Manage online advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of funds across different channels and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC), to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online advertising, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to marketing team and senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in online advertising, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and sales growth from online sources.
• In-depth knowledge of various online advertising channels, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, programmatic advertising, and other marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful online advertising campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of key digital marketing metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and CAC, and experience in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

• Communicate with Art Department to request image creation and/or for approval of creative materials
