    I had ordered two personalized items for a gift. I received the order printed exactly as I requested, it took only five days to receive the order. I was notified when it shipped and on what day it was to arrive . I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and best part of all, my son, (recipient of the gift) was ecstatic!
