You may return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt as long as apparel is unworn or laundered and has the original cloth tag(s) attached. Glassware must be unused and safely packaged for return shipping to us.
For missing, defective, broken, or wrong items call 800-440-1210 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Please do not send the items back to us; if we need to retrieve the items for any reason, we will do so at our expense.
An Exchange and Return Form is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we process your order. You can check the status of your order at inkpixi.com/status.php. You will need to provide both your order confirmation number and your billing zip code.
When the order ships from our facility we will send a second e-mail with your shipping tracking information.
