What sizes are available?

Sizes are listed below in our sizing guides. Not all items are available in all sizes or styles. Available sizes are listed on the individual item pages.


Our kids sweatshirts and hoodies run smaller than our kids t-shirts.

Refer to sizing guides for additional information before ordering.

How do I choose the correct size?

Our adult sizes are unisex except for the ladies fitted t-shirts which are available in almost all colors except for Dark Chocolate. Please view our Measuring Tips for additional information.

Do you have Infant and Toddler sizes?

We offer toddler sizes, but they are available ONLY in Short Sleeve t-shirts. Infant baby bodysuits and toddler t-shirts are available in a limited range of colors. For example, designs printed on "sand" color shirts are not available in toddler or infant sizes because our suppliers do not offer them in this color. Please access our T-shirt Sizing Guide for sizing information. Please note: Customer opinion is toddler sizes run small.

Why are the sweatshirt sizes bigger than the t-shirt sizes?

The sweatshirts are wider and fuller to fit over another shirt.

Will these garments shrink?

The majority of our t-shirts and baby bodysuits are 100% preshrunk cotton. The following colors: sports grey, safety orange, dark heather and graphite heather t-shirts (in sports grey this also includes the baby bodysuit) are a preshrunk cotton/polyester blend. Our sweatshirts are a preshrunk heavyweight cotton/polyester blend.

What are your hats made of and are they fitted?

Our hats are 100% brushed cotton twill and unstructured. The hats feature a cloth strap with an adjustable brass buckle. One size fits most.Click for a sizing guide and additional information.

How do the Trucker Hats differ from your original Baseball style hat?

The Trucker hat is lightly structured with a low crown. It offers 6 panels, 2 polyester/cotton front and 4 mesh back with contrasting stitching. Our original hat is 100% brushed cotton twill and unstructured. The trucker hats normally offer a plastic snap back closure but may also use the cloth strap with brass buckle adjustment as our regular hats do.Click for a sizing guide and additional information.

What are your Beanies made of?

Our Beanies are Custom embroidered, 100% acrylic knit, 8" in height. Camo Beanies are 60%/40% cotton/polyester, 8" in height with a knit-lined interior.

Are the aprons adjustable?

Yes, our 100% cotton aprons have an adjustable neck loop so that you can create a comfortable fit.

Is the design on the polo shirt printed or embroidered?

The design on our 100% ringspun cotton polo shirt is embroidered on the left side of the chest area.

Is the Camo Microfleece Jacket washable?

Yes, it can be machine washed on the Gentle Cycle in cold water only; tumble dry low heat.

Is this jacket warm?

This jacket offers warmth without the weight. Although it is lightweight, the microfleece is cozy and comfortable. This is a great jacket that works well with layers underneath for colder weather.

What type of hemline do the Raglan Sleeve T-Shirts have?

It is a serged fishtail bottom for a sporty look and fit.

What are the care instructions for the Raglan Sleeve T-Shirts?

The manufacturer recommends machine wash cold, gently cycle. Tumble dry low.

How do the Trucker Hats differ from your original Baseball style hat?

The Trucker hat is lightly structured with a low crown. It offers 6 panels, 2 polyester/cotton front and 4 mesh back. It also has contrasting stitching and a plastic snap closure. What are the care instructions for the Embroidered Work Shirts?

It is recommended to machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

Is the embroidery offered anywhere else besides above the left front pocket?

No, this is the only area that we do offer embroidery on this item.

What is the purpose of the back vent in the Fishing shirt?

Unfasten the Velcro tab on the back of the shirt to allow for greater air flow through the mesh lining. It’s a wonderful way to stay cooler on hot days.

What are the advantages of the adjustable sleeve lengths on the Fishing shirt?

The adjustable sleeves give you the choice of either a short or long sleeve shirt for those days when you need both. Roll up the sleeves and fasten with the button tab to create shorter sleeves or unroll for full-length sleeves.

What is the purpose of the bungee loops on the Fishing shirt?

The multipurpose loops are designed to help you keep your fishing gear close at hand.

Where is the design located on the Embroidered Zippered Hoodies?

The design is embroidered on the left chest area on the front of the hoodie. The back of the hoodie is blank.

What makes the Varsity T-Shirt Premium?

These garments use an extra soft, lightweight, shrink-resistant fabric that offers a superior feel. The level of detail and precision in the construction also contribute to the premium designation.

How do I care for the Varsity Tees?

It is recommended to machine wash cold, only non-chlorine bleach and tumble dry on low heat.

What are the care instructions for the Full-Zip Fleece jacket?

We recommend to machine wash cold separately. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Immediately tumble dry on low. Do not iron or dry clean.

What are the care instructions for the Adidas® Quarter-Zip Pullover?

The manufacturer suggests that it be machine washed in warm water, no bleach, with like colors with the zipper closed. Tumble dry low without fabric softener. You can use a warm iron if needed, do not dry clean.

Why is the Performance Golf shirt superior to regular golf shirts?

The moisture wicking with UPF 50+ protection material vs. traditional shirts helps to keep you more comfortable on the golf course especially on a hot day. It may even help to improve your score!

How do the golf hats differ from other hats?

They offer both moisture-wicking fabric and sweatband to help create a more comfortable wearing experience. The D-ring with hook and loop closure make for easy adjustments.

What does our Kryptek® Camo Hat offer that the other hat styles do not?

Not only does it sport the popular Kryptek® camo pattern, it also offers a moisture-wicking sweatband. The D-ring with hook and loop closure attached to an elastic band allows for a more comfortable fit. Our hat features an embroidered American Flag patch on the left side.

Can I buy a Pajama Top or Bottom separately?

The Pajama Set is only sold as a set, same size for both the top and bottom. We do not sell them individually.

What does the term “flatlock side seams” mean on the 2-Tone Camo Hoodie?

Flatlock seams are made by placing two pieces of fabric side-by-side and sewing the raw edges directly together.

How does the Canvas Work Apron differ from your other Apron?

The Canvas Work Apron has the added strength of the metal grommets on the body and the brass rivets on the pockets. The neck loop sports a brass buckle for easy adjustments. The cotton web waist ties are lengthy for a more comfortable fit. Our original Apron is 100% cotton vs. the Work Apron which is 100% cotton canvas for added durability.

Is the glassware dishwasher safe?

The pint glasses, wine glasses and growlers are dishwasher safe. We recommend using the top rack in your dishwasher for best results. The growler lid is hand-wash only.

How is the design applied to the Glassware?

Most of Our personalized designs are laser engraved into the glass. We also offer color printing on some of our 16 oz. pint glasses, which are printed using state of the art digital printing technology.

Is this mark an imperfection in the Glassware?

Minor air bubbles and subtle markings may be apparent and are common with glass products.

Are the beverages and food included with the products?

No, you can add your own choice of refreshments and food.

What size are the pint glasses?

Our clear pint glasses are 16 oz.

Is there a rubber seal on the stopper of the Whiskey Decanter?

The weight of the glass stopper is heavy enough to seal the opening of the decanter to minimize the evaporation of the contents eliminating the need for a rubber seal.

Are both the decanter and rocks glasses laser engraved with the same name when you purchase the decanter/rocks glasses gift set?

Yes, they both will be engraved with the same design/same name for a matching set.

How much do the beer mugs hold?

Our clear beer mugs hold 25 oz.

Why are the growlers amber colored?

Our 64 oz. growlers are amber colored which protects beer from harmful UV rays that can affect the taste.

Do the growlers display the Surgeon General’s Warning?

Yes. The Government Warning engraved into the glass meets minimum requirements outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations 27 CFR Part 16 for 64 oz. growlers.

Is the coffee mug microwave safe?

We do not guarantee or advertise that our coffee mug is microwave safe but our vendor assures us that none of their customers that have purchased this mug have had any issues with it. Please use caution when handling the mug when microwaving.

Wooden Giftware

Will the wood darken in time?

Cherry wood will darken slightly over time and more so if exposed to direct sunlight.

Are there variations in the wood coloring and grain?

Yes. Because we use natural wood, there will always be color and grain variations in the look of each piece of wood.

How is the design applied to the wood?

Our personalized designs are laser engraved into the wood.

Will the wood coasters or bottle opener stain if liquids splash on it?

The finish we use is made to withstand substances found in most kitchens and bar rooms.

What is special about the brand of the bottle opener?

The Authentic Starr “X” zinc plated cast iron bottle opener has been the choice of Bottlers, Brewers and Manufacturers for over 80 years.

Is the magnet strong enough to "catch" the caps?

Yes, for its size, it is a very powerful magnet designed to "catch" the falling caps. Please note: be careful when coming in contact with other metal or electronic devices due to the strength of the magnet.

Does the bottle opener need assembled?

The bottle opener arrives fully assembled and includes a screw for mounting purposes. A special care instruction sheet is included with every bottle opener.

Is there anything on the back of the coasters to protect my furniture?

Yes. We have applied a cork backing to each coaster to protect the surface of your furniture.

Will the coaster absorb the condensation from the glass?

In the tests we conducted, the coaster did not absorb the condensation, but kept it in place. It did not develop a water ring.

Is the finish on the cheese board food safe?

Yes, we use a mixture of mineral oil and beeswax to protect the wood finish. A special care instruction sheet is included with every board.

Can you submerge the cheese board in water?

No, the board is hand wash only. It is not dishwasher safe or microwavable.

Is the Faux Sliced Log Plaque an actual slab of wood?

No, the plaque is made of MDF, a wood compost made to look just like an actual wood slab. The wood grain and bark accents look so real!


How is sales tax calculated on my order?

We collect sales tax on orders shipping to any state where we are required to by law. Our website will charge you the correct state and local sales tax by delivery address. Items sold that are shipped to destinations in the following states may be subject to tax:

We offer the following shipping methods allowing our customers to choose the best option. Shipping charges are per address, shipping to U.S. and its territories only.

How are orders shipped?

We use the US Postal Service or UPS to deliver our packages.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO (Military), Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Our system allows for one shipping address per order. Shipping to more than one address requires a separate order for each address. See shipping rates above.

Can I send a gift directly, with a gift receipt?

Yes. Prices are removed from the packing slip when the orders are shipping to another address. Along with the order, we will include a packing slip listing the items ordered and the gift message, if included. We will either mail or email you a sales receipt listing the items ordered, the prices and a copy of the gift message, if included.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we process your order. When the order ships from our facility a second e-mail containing your tracking information will be sent.

Can I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order online. To access this information, go to You will need to provide both your order confirmation number and your billing zip code. Once the order has been received into our system, the production process will begin. After the production process has been completed (see How soon will I receive my order?) the status will change to "Shipped" and the tracking information will be provided.

Exchange/Return Policy

Too big, too small, not quite the right fit? No problem. You may return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt as long as the apparel has not been worn or laundered and has the original cloth tag(s) attached. The barware must be un-used and safely packaged for the return shipping to us. Just fill out the form below and mail your item(s) to the address listed. We will even pay the shipping to ship out your replacements! (Sorry, but we are unable to reimburse your original shipping charges or your return shipping, and we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.)

Please remember to include payment for price differences if you are changing shirt styles or going from kids sizes to adult, etc. and your state and local sales tax (if applicable). You may include a check or money order or fill out the credit card section below. We are unable to call for credit card information.

Did we mess up your order?

Missing, defective, broken or wrong items? No worries Just call 800-440-1210 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Please do not send the items back to us; if we need to retrieve the items for any reason, we will do so at our expense. An Exchange and Return Form is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip.

Yes. InkPixi offers giftware with any name you request as long as it meets our ordering criteria.

Can I place an order for two or more names at once?

Yes, as long as the order is shipping to only one address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each shipping address.

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, we accept debit cards as a form of payment, if your bank allows you to debit items without entering a PIN. Please note that we authorize credit cards and debit cards at point of sale but we may not charge your card for an order until a later date. This can be mistaken for double billing. Each financial institution is different, therefore please refer to the issuing bank of your credit card for their specific authorization processes.

How will the charge to my credit card account appear on my statement?

May I make Revisions to an Existing Order?

If you wish to cancel or make any revisions to an order after you have placed it, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-440-1210 by 9 p.m. ET on the day you place your order. (Orders placed on Sunday will have until 9 p.m. ET Monday to cancel or revise.) Please note that we can't usually make changes to Rush and Express orders, as they are fast-tracked through production. We will need your order confirmation number or your name and address to access your order. Making revisions to your order will delay processing.

I want to design my own shirt. Can I do that?

Unlike other online companies that take the create-your-own design approach, we at InkPixi make your shopping experience easy! Our talented design team has created a wide variety of unique designs for you to choose from. We make it easy for you to personalize our apparel - all you have to do is type your name, click, and enjoy! Although we enjoy creating unique designs featuring your name, we realize there are times you may not find exactly what you are looking for. You can still benefit from our expertise and dedicated customer service by contacting our custom printing division: One of our representatives will personally walk you through the design process from beginning to end, and your shirts will be printed right alongside our established designs. There is a required minimum order of 24 pieces for all custom printing projects. Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, colors, etc.

Do I have a choice of colors beyond the options available on the website for each design?

No. We believe shirt color is an itegral part of each design. Fabric colors interact with the ink colors used to create the designs. For this reason we have chosen a selection of shirt colors that will best represent the artwork.

Are these products made in the USA?

We print, embroider and engrave all of our products at our facility in Grove City, Pennsylvania, USA. We purchase our blank apparel from US distributors who import it from other countries. Most of our glassware is manufactured in the USA. Our wooden giftware is manufactured in the USA and Canada.
