    I am always pleased with my orders. I have ordered several times. The only downside this time, and it isn''t really anything bad, is that the design is a little lower on the shirts than I was expecting. The picture shows the design starting up closer to the neck.     I received a university hoodie personalized as a gift a couple of years ago. I bought another last week 4/1/15 and was very disappointed that the cotton/poly ratio had been adjusted and the one I received was thinner and clearly of a lesser quality. Sad!     I have made several orders and have always been pleased with the finished products. However, the hat pictured on the Lake page is navy blue, but what I got was a bright royal blue. I called and asked if there were other colors to order it in, and I was told that was the only color offered. I would have liked the hats better if they were as pictured on the website since they were for men. I would also like more color choices for the hat.
