    The overall product is wonderful. I did receive one hat where the embroidery was not complete. It was the very first one I looked at, so it gave me a quick sick feeling. The rest were fine.     I really like the style, quality, and unique presentation of the cabin sweatshirt. Very high quality, sharp screen printing, comfortable...the only drawback is the sizing guide. I ordered XL according to the measurements on the guide, keeping in mind the possibility of layering. The shirts are very generously sized, and a size LG would have been more than adequate for us. Shape is fairly boxy. I erred on the side of the larger size knowing the personalized items could not be returned, and the shirts are too roomy even with layering. If I had it to do over, I would order size LG. Other than that, I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely reorder gifts from Ink Pixie for family & friends.     I ordered these shirts as a hostess/thank you gift for our friends who had us up to their lake home last weekend. They were absolutely delighted with the t-shirts, and wore them immediately! The shirts were of excellent quality, not flimsy at all, and I''m sure they will not shrink or get out of shape after washing. They were perfect for this occasion and I certainly will think of you when another opportunity presents itself. The shirts were a bit more expensive than what I had planned to spend but I was very satisfied when I got to see them in person. Perhaps you might consider offering a discount for ordering multiples?     I''m impressed with the processing of the order and delivery time to me. But, I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of ink "crispness" on the shirt. The lettering imprinted on the shirt as delivered is not as bold and crisp as what is shown on the display-art shirts. Still, I''m happy overall with my order.     The shirts and hat designs are great and we love the items ordered. The colors on the hat are great and match your advertisement. However, the T-shirt colors are dull in comparison to your postcard sent to us. They are not vibrant nor do they stick out and catch the eye. I would have liked a shirt match like the hat.     I purchased like 6 items, T-shirt to hat! Nice product and screening on the ink. My mother loved the shirt and hat, and I get comments on where I got them from co-workers and friends. I will be placing more orders with different names for birthdays and Christmas presents. Plus I''m working at an Old West Festival and people keep asking me where in Cincinnati is the Nelson Ranch!     Everything I ordered was more than I expected. Often, when you order on-line, the quality isn''t what you expect.......but my order was more than I expected.     The shirts are fantastic and absolutely perfect for our family! It was extremely easy to make and we love the colors! The only disappointment is that we wanted the whole family to wear them, but this particular style does not come in infant or toddler sizes, so my kids will be swimming in them for a little while!
