    I ordered several items for my family as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, I didn't check all the items because the items I had checked were everything I had expected. However, one of the caps was spelled wrong but on calling Inkpixi, they assured me they would send a corrected cap. You can bet I will order from this company in the future.     I had originally given a 4 star rating since 2 out of 8 glasses were broken, I realized this was not a vender error, this was a shipping issue. However, as soon as my rating was received, I received e-mail that items would be replaced, which I was not expecting!! Sure enough glasses were rec'd immediately!! AWESOME!!     Sign is superb. Shipping not so much. Paid to ship to my home. Had to drive 60 miles round trip because they (FX)felt the one day they tried to approach my home the gravel road was too icy for their 2wd delivery vans.
