We ordered several sets of glasses and I don't mind telling you I was leery because I'd never heard of the company before. Well these were great. The glasses all look awesome; I also ordered a personalized teeshirt for a birthday gift and it seems to be good quality as well. The order came in on time with nothing damaged. I got three of the wall art, two in the pine wood frame and one in tin, and all personalized. I can say without hesitation EXCELLENT from ordering to receiving. Quality workmanship and exceptional packing. I got the two for gifts which I am so excited to give and they already are in perfect boxes so I don't have to hunt around for any. My husband saw this on a postcard ad that was mailed to us and thought it would be perfect for his brother & family in Ohio. He called us when they arrived (safely) and was emotional according to his wife. He absolutely loved the engraving and the special meaning of these family inspired glasses.
