You may return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt as long as apparel is unworn or laundered and has the original cloth tag(s) attached. Glassware must be unused and safely packaged for return shipping to us.

For missing, defective, broken, or wrong items call 800-440-1210 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Please do not send the items back to us; if we need to retrieve the items for any reason, we will do so at our expense.

An Exchange and Return Form is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip.

All orders of $100 or more get Standard Shipping for free!
