      I ordered XL because person I spoke with told me they run smaller. Received as ordered but it really was way too big. I called customer service they were very understanding and agreed that I could exchange for a smaller size. No fuss no muss just great customer service for that reason I would give 5 stars, I was a bit disappointed in the material the sweatshirt is made of not the usual sweat shirt feel.       I bought the American Original hat for my husband for Christmas. Based on the pictures shown in the advertisment post card and what displayed on the website I placed an order.
