      The sizing guide information states the shirts are pre-shrunk 100% Cotton with a fit that never changes. Based on that, I ordered a size Large for my husband.       I BOUGHT 2 HATS AND A LONG SLEVE T-SHIRT. THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD AND NOT CHEAP AT ALL. I ALSO ORDERED 4 OF THE PINT GLASSES. ONE ARRIVED BROKEN AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TALKED WITH A 'KAREN' THERE. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND SHE SENT ME OUT ANOTHER GLASS AND RECEIVED IT IN JUST A FEW DAYS.       Hats are flimsy....do not hold shape......buy 1 size bigger.....wore the polo shirt once..washed it properly now too small.....to the Goodwill box it goes!!!$48.00 hard taught lesson!!!!slow processing and shipping.not recommended!!!!!!!!       One of the shirts I ordered was stuck to the seal at one end of the package, it ruined part of the design. I'm hoping it won't peal when washed.       I bought a lot of these for family gifts at Christmas time, and everyone loved it. But the only draw back was I bought a t-shirt for me and when the weather was nice enough to wear I tried it on and it was way to long and big for me, ordered a Mens small thinking that it would fit. At the time I don't remember seeing a womens size so that is why I got the men's small. Time had passed for return or exchange. So just make sure of the size before you order.       Excellent delivery, was on time. 3 of the 5 T shirts had printing flaws. Base shirt material (color) was visible in the printed areas. The print was light, ink coverage was poor. The hat embroidering was perfect. The hat however was sized for a teenager not for an adult. It was indeed adjustable, but not the type of hat that correctly fits an adult.       It arrived on time USPS as promised. It was given/sent as a gift. Although I havent seen it worn by the recipient I am told it is true to size and very warm and soft. The printing was well done and he really liked his name depicted with the wings and propeller. Will purchase other products in future. Initially I had trouble with ordering online (due to my computer) so phoned in my order and the customer service was friendly, responsive and honest.       I had ordered two personalized items for a gift. I received the order printed exactly as I requested, it took only five days to receive the order. I was notified when it shipped and on what day it was to arrive . I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and best part of all, my son, (recipient of the gift) was ecstatic!
