      I ordered 4 engraved stemless wine glasses for a lady in our office who is retiring. I love them! I made an error in the ordering process and sent an email right away to correct it. Someone responded within the hour, and said it would be corrected. I received a followup email stating as such. I was still worried it was going to be the original wording I ordered. The glasses came within a week, in perfect condition, with the correct lettering. I am so very pleased. I will definitely order from this company again.
