    I bought the cap for my husband and it is WAY too small. I didn''t call because I thought that if it was a custom product - tough luck. If there is something that you can do, that would be great.     Thinking about future family events, I decided to throw caution to the wind and order something for myself first. I ordered the ball cap and pullover sweatshirt displaying our family name. The online experience was flawless[...] The ball cap is embroidered, and looks great. The sweatshirt, although not embroidered, looks wonderful as well.     I love the idea this company has, i will purchase more shirts from them. I now know to order shirts in a bigger size thou, they seem smaller in size than normal.
