      I made a mistake with the original order, and your customer service rep was so accomodating, invited me to return the merchandise and happily redid the sweatshirts for me. All I had to do was send them back, and within a few days, I had the finished product.       I absolutely love the uniqueness of personalized outer wear. I love the vibrant colors but wish I had the option of choosing the color of Sweatshirt or t-shirt I wanted.       The shirts are fun products but the sizing is off. I bought a medium long sleeve shirt but it''s more like a pajama shirt. I won''t wear it in public because it''s too big...defeats the purpose of getting it. The baseball caps and male sweatshirt items are good.       I give them as Christmas gifts to my family every 3 or 4 years. The vineyard T-Shirts should be offered in different colors, say burgundy, green, blue, red.       Product delivered (it was a gift for two other people) was NOT what I ordered. I ordered two A109 Vineyard caps featuring a "landscape" view of a vineyard. What they got were caps with a plain white embroided logo with NO image - not a scintilla of color and CERTAINLY not what was displayed when I placed my order.
