      I have ordered from this company many times with no problem. My son loved his gift EXCEPT they never put in my card and he had to text everyone to see who sent it.       Ordered two sets of 2 personalized coffee mugs. Took a couple of weeks with FedEx. FedEx driver left it out on the driveway instead of walking up to the porch just begging for it to be stolen, lol! Upon checking the merchandise I found one of the mugs to be chipped. Not from shipping but it was packaged that way as there was no pieces of it in the packaging. Called to report it. They apologized and sent me a replacement in 3 business days just in time for Christmas! And this time the FedEx driver left it on the porch and rang the doorbell like they're suppose to!       BEWARE!! THIS SHIRT RUNS SMALL!! I bought a size SMALL in this women's fitted shirt for my daughter who has NEVER worn larger than a size small (sometimes even an XS), and this shirt runs extremely short and small. It looks like a YOUTH LARGE. Very disappointing. Especially after waiting so long to actually receive the order. Other than that, it's a fun shirt. Just money wasted due to the sizing.
