    I ordered and received a personalized hat...no complaints! The hat was what I expected it to be...the lady who took my phone order was very pleasant and helpful and the item was delivered in a very timely matter.     T-Shirts and Hats ... that''s what I ordered ... 25 items in all. This is for a family gathering at Grandpa''s ranch. The order arrived promptly. What arrived was exactly what I ordered. The quality of the shirts and hats is very good. The quality of the design and of putting the image on the items is excellent. The cost was a bit high ... but, when I get service and quality like this, I don''t mind paying top dollar for it. I am a very satisfied customer.     I give these to my customers and they really like them. They are good shirts and done right every time and the staff does right by me and that is what I look for. I will order more soon as I need to. the hats are good ones better than most hats that can be ordered. These people have a every good customer service.     We ordered shirts for our lake house 10 year reunion. The feel of the t shirt is soft. The fact that they had ladies size I love. That way shirts were not coming to our knees. We got a flyer in the mail with our name on it and it made my head light up with the idea to get shirts for the reunion. I did not think I could get them in time, but when I called Deb was so great, got them in plenty of time and we laughed as we gave them out and have enjoyed the shirts.     I''ve now bought 2 different shirts from InkPkixi and am satisfied with both. Good quality, good colors, not a bad price (since it''s a custom T shirt). One of them is a garden shirt that gets a workout each time I wear it, but it still looks good. I would recommend these shirts to anyone that wants something special and personalized.     The tshirts are very well made and true to size, maybe even on the bigger side of "true to size". Customer service support was absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make my order as smooth and as fast as possible. My order arrived well ahead of the projected date!     I have purchased several of the shirts in the past and have been a VERY satisfied customer overall with the shirts and the quality of the printed logos. Very prompt service makes dealing with the company a real pleasure. Shirts are NOT cheap but then again, I would not expect them to be since they are custom made products. Avoid the caps since they are too flimsy and not the best quality. And I also did not like the look of the cap that I ordered when I put it on and I sent it back for a prompt refund.     Very happy with the T-shirts I have bought. They are comfortable and don''t wrinkle. I bought the Made in the USA for the 4th of July since I was traveling on that day. I have in the past bought my whole family a matching T-shirt with are names on it and everyone loved them. I will continue to buy them when I see ones that fit an occasion.
