    I purchased 3 hats, one each of us brothers. I brother send a picture of him with it own, said great fit and the other brother called from out of state to comment on it and to thank me.     This is exactly what I wanted for me and my family when we attended a local Children''s Hospital Bike Run. The T-shirts came in on time, they were exactly how I ordered them, and the return process was quick and easy for one that was ordered but was too big. Customer Service was outstanding...which also goes a long way with me.
