I am 76 and never left a review for a gift I got a set of engraved coffee mugs for Christmas. The mugs and engraving are superior and perfect fit to hold. Makes my wife and I grateful for the giver. I had a small issue with a glass and customer service responded within 24 hours and I had a replacement glass within a few days, no hassle to return the damaged one and top of the line service the week before Christmas!
