I made a mistake with the original order, and your customer service rep was so accomodating, invited me to return the merchandise and happily redid the sweatshirts for me. All I had to do was send them back, and within a few days, I had the finished product. The shirt and hat are well suited to my husband who likes good quality t''s and hats that fit his big head! Both items look great on him and he wears them proudly. Thank you for hiring English speaking operators to take my order. It made the process much easier and I was more confident that my order would be filled correctly and it was. I most probably would not have placed an order if I could not have communicated with the operator. I am happy with the shirts and will use them as Xmas presents. I gave a crew neck sweatshirt and cap to my dad for his 85th birthday, and he was really impressed! He immediately put them both on, grabbed some books and modeled his "University" attire for my mom. I recently took a chance on a Post Card Ad I received in the mail for T-Shirts with family names on them. I thought my husband, son, son-in-law and granddaughters would love them.[...]price was right [...] What a pleasant surprise when I opened the package. The shirts are all well made, quality material and not at all cheap looking in any way. Great for casual wear. Great conversation starters. Very unique. I wouldn''t hesitate to order again.
